Nintendo have just announced at their Fall Conference that Smash Bros. Brawl has been delayed in Japan until early 2008. January 24, to be exact.

I'm irritated that I don't see Captain Falcon as a character, or Ganondorf for that matter. But, I guess I'll just have to ween off them with a bit of Snake and Sonic.

I'm the sort of guy who'll buy a console just for one game. I bought an X-box for halo, a Ps2 for Pro evolution soccer. To follow, I'll buy a wii the day this game comes out.

They're both still gonna be in the game, without a doubt. I mean, Ganondorf is just too big to leave out, and they have Samurai Goroh as an assist trophy. Patience, young one. Rampant speculation is that the third third-party character (apparently there was going to be "two or three") is Megaman. Megaman.... iffy. He's already in quite a few fighter type games. Joe would be sweet though.
This idea is completely unlikely, and I'm gonna sound like a total nerd for suggesting it, but .... Cloud Strife would be pretty cool if Square pitched in.
