Anyway, on to the questions. How exactly can you form an alliance if you meet in the same square and are forced to fight? Can you form them at the beginning of the game or something?

Another one. Is it possible to go up to someone like Rad with a grenade and kamakazi him if he's got you conered?

Anyways, since a lot of my best moves were created based off the usage of those techniques (namely mind break and affect mind), are they nulled as well? Or do they get to stay because they are best moves?

I'd say 'yes,' for the best moves, but, then again, I am not sure at all.

BJ, most likely, will determine whether or not an ability can be used on a case by case basis.

Yea, that's pretty much it.

Best Moves are good, but some, like 20's, will have to be thrown aside.

The only abilities blocked: Ki Sense, Telepathy, Flying, Teleportation and Healing

You tell me you guys are alligning as you meet. Like "I'm going to G-5 and meeting Rad. We're alligning"

That's not up to you, it'd be run by me.

Basically, I write the fight based on how I think the results should go.

I promise they won't all be random martial arts DBZ fighting. A lot of it will be more realistic, using weapons and the enviroment. They'll be a little different.

Hell, some may not have fighting at all. Some could be someone walks into a square, gets shot and that's it.

That's an example of someone who really sucks getting killed.
