I highly recommend finding a good primer on English grammar/punctuation/capitalization, mastering it, then moving on to hours of practice. Then, re-apply.

I'm sorry but it just isn't up to our standards. Try using Microsoft word, learn to use paragraphs and proper dialogue structure. Overall you need a lot of practice.
