When you said the host was going to be a fag I didn't think you meant literally. I think you could have bullshitted better for the logic behind not really dying, though. The DNA thing won't work for droids. Then again, this is coming from someone who felt the need to explain how Buu's stomach works. >_>

I suppose you could just say the collar creates a digital replica of you which is projected into the world with your consciousness inside it (the contestant's real bodies would be kept in stasis), and if the collar explodes, you die in real life too (ala the Matrix).

But, you can't really go back and change it you could easily bullshit your way around it though in future explanations, just saying it 'replicates' the body or whatever, not necessarily through DNA.

He malfunctions as in he didn't make it to a safe bunker in time, so he was dusted. IC Twenty would feel it malfunctioned.
