Dragon Age!
Yeah, it's a shame. I've decided to shift tactics when I get like 38-42 str points (Bergen's Helm and Dragon Armor) and then go 2 dex, 1 con afterwards

I just would like to say that I hate the Mage Tower and the damned Fade.

It gets easy once you nab all the forms.

Putting emissaries in there with curse of mortality when you have to solo was a dick move though.

When in doubt: It was sarcasm.

XD

I'm such a dick with spells like that.

I mass paralyze, then curse of mortality/crushing prison whoever's strongest. I'm horrifically unfair - being a mage is what being a superhero who's also a prick must feel like.

Pro Tip: Grab all the forms then beat the bosses.

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.

Of the four origins I've tried, I like Dwarf Noble the best. I still have to do Dwarf Commoner and Dalish Elf

I've done them all and I agree, Dwarf Nobles the best. You actually get a decent amount of time to flesh out and experience the origin before you get thrown into being a Warden. Maybe the mage one is decent, but the rest are basically "Heylolz ur a *insert here* take a few steps and loot a couple boxes and bam! Ostagar"

That and the elven commoner origins are my favorite. They just bring the hatred right out of you. Yeeeeeees.

lol ok so i bypassed redcliffe at the start. Im the elf that starts out in the human city. Hes like a level 10 Templar warrior. the first major area I went to was the mages tower. I beat that area pretty quickly. Now im in the Forests fighting trees and werewolves for the dalish. Im in the werewolves lair getting raped as we speak....

The cure is a shotgun, the cure is whatever blunt instrument one can salvage.Whomever finds themselves too proper will be the first to perish. And you know nothing that matters now.

I thought the Dalish origin was kind of lame. It's, like, 10 seconds long, too. What's with that?

EDIT: It didn't detract from the game for me, but c'mon.

Yeah the city elf origin is... upsetting.

I said it to Mario the other day; they do an awesome job of giving you vastly different points of view depending on your race and class.

Yeah, so you guys actually got me to do some quests. Thought it might be some fun. I was doing a Denerim quest when the game crashed. Yay...

Now I know how you got through the game so damn fast. Skipping all the sidequests is blasphemy, dude.

I'm OCD like that. I'm like "I want to see what the story's going to do, but I have all these stupid sidequests!!"

...Yeah, it's pretty silly, but I'm like, compelled to do them, until I'm left with the fetch quests - which are gay and don't matter. I'll do them if I'm in the area but I won't chase them down.

EDIT: Also, if you don't already have it, Grey Warden's Keep (or whatever) is totally not worth it. You'll complete the entire DLC in like 15 minutes.

The DLC isn't complete after you get Warden's Keep as it keeps bringing in new bonuses the more you play.

So you're basically paying for bonuses, not content?
